Due to changes in the State of Tennessee's GED test, East Tennessee PBS no longer offers free GED study materials or related on-air programming.

Knox County Schools Adult Education Program holds free classes for students who would like to obtain their high-school equivalency degree. Click here to see contacts in other Tennessee counties.

My Source Community Impact Award

For many years, East Tennessee PBS offered the GED Connection Program as part of our mission to provide lifelong learning opportunities to our community. This adult education initiative helped participants earn their GED, a certificate universally accepted as an equivalent to a high school diploma, at their own pace and in the comfort of their own home.
